House rules

Welcome! We are delighted that you have chosen our vacation apartment. To ensure that all guests feel comfortable and enjoy a pleasant stay, we ask you to observe the following house rules:

1. Pets

Out of consideration for subsequent guests and those with allergies, we ask that you do not bring any pets with you. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside our vacation apartment. Please use the terrace or outdoor area for smoking. This will help us all to ensure a pleasant indoor climate.

3. Barbecue

Barbecuing is permitted in the designated barbecue area or on the terrace. Please handle the equipment with care and pay attention to safety so that all guests can use the barbecue area without any problems.

4. Parties and events

To ensure peace and quiet for all guests and neighbors, parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations are unfortunately not permitted in the vacation apartment or on the property. We ask for your understanding and wish you a relaxing stay.

5. Nighttime quiet hours

Please observe the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this time, we ask you to remain quiet so as not to disturb the neighbors.

6. Waste disposal

We kindly ask you to separate your waste carefully: organic waste, residual waste, paper, and the yellow bag. The waste bins are located in the courtyard, to the right behind the entrance door.

7. Saving energy and water

Please use electricity, water, and heating sparingly. Help protect the environment and keep consumption low.
